1. Can I apply to roles at more than one Stotalis division?
Yes, you may apply to roles across Stotalis Group’s divisions, but you can only work for one division at a time. This ensures we maintain strict compliance and independence between promotional and accredited education work.
2. Why can’t I work for both Stotalis Health and Stotalis Medical Education?
To comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements, promotional medical communications (Stotalis Health) and accredited continuing education (Stotalis Medical Education) must operate completely independently. This means no shared staff, systems, or resources.
3. What types of roles are available in each division?
- Stotalis Health: Medical communications, content strategy, scientific writing, creative services and more.
- Stotalis Medical Education: CME/IME program development, grant writing, faculty coordination, educational outcomes measurement and more.
- Stotalis Digital: Digital strategy, UX/UI design, web development, multimedia production and more.
4. Can I transition from one division to another in the future?
Yes, as long as there is no overlap in employment and all firewall and compliance rules are followed. Transitions require a formal offboarding from one division before onboarding to another.
