We work alongside healthcare professionals and institutions to ensure our educational content is evidence-based, accurate, and designed to improve patient care through clinical excellence.

Role Overview

The Medical Editor (CME) will be responsible for reviewing and refining CME/CE content to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and editorial quality. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in life sciences or medical writing/editing who are eager to gain experience in accredited medical education publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread CME/CE program materials, including needs assessments, objectives, slide decks, and enduring content.
• Verify accuracy of scientific and clinical information using peer-reviewed sources.
• Ensure content meets AMA style guidelines, accreditation standards, and adult learning principles.
• Review formatting, grammar, tone, and consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with writers, scientific leads, and program managers to implement edits.
• Flag compliance or content gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain version control and ensure final deliverables are polished and publication-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in medical editing, CME, or related scientific communications preferred.
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CME/CE standards and AMA style (preferred).
• Ability to assess scientific content for accuracy and clarity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
